When we experience harm, it’s normal for us to adjust to how it is impacting our peace, which can mean seeking support.
My clients include but are not limited to people who encounter challenges with anxiety, depression, substance use, PTSD, relationship challenges, school and workplace problems, racism, systemic oppression, homophobia, and other everyday life stressors.
There is no such thing as one size fits all. For that reason, we will work together to process events (thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and situations) that weigh on you. Then, we will develop practices for you to build into your life to use as a flashlight during dark times. There is work to do, and you don’t have to do it alone.
